Information used
When you sign in, ExamForge receives your account identifier, name and email from the authentication service. The platform stores your selected exam, study preferences, bookmarks, completed-test results, question-level performance, subscription status and support submissions.
Why it is used
Information is used to operate your account, save progress, calculate results, personalise practice, manage paid access, prevent abuse and respond to support or grievance requests. ExamForge does not need or request your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or banking password.
Audience measurement
ExamForge uses an anonymous first-party visitor identifier to count page visits, unique visitors, sessions and active time while a page is visible. It records the page path, broad device type and referring website domain, but does not store an IP address, full referring URL, keystrokes or the content a learner enters. When you are signed in, the identifier may be associated with your account solely to measure registered learner activity. It is not used for cross-site advertising.
Storage and sharing
Account and learning records are stored in the platform database. Payment details, when enabled, are entered on the approved payment provider’s hosted page. Information may be processed by hosting, authentication and payment providers only as needed to deliver the service or meet legal obligations.
Your choices
You may request a summary, correction or deletion of your ExamForge data through the support or grievance form. Some transaction, security or audit records may be retained where necessary for fraud prevention, dispute handling or legal compliance.
Children and schools
Institution administrators must use appropriate authority and consent when creating or managing learner activity. They should avoid entering unnecessary personal or sensitive information into questions, feedback or imports.
Security and complaints
ExamForge uses authenticated identity, role checks, restricted administrator sessions, request validation and rate limits. No system can guarantee absolute security. Report suspected misuse immediately through the grievance form.
